The San Antonio Spurs collaborate with the Atlanta-based streetwear brand for Black History Month

If you’re looking to expand your Spurs wardrobe, or perhaps add some colorful loungewear, you might be interested in the new team collaboration with Georgia-based streetwear brand Kultured Misfits.

Kultured Misfits is an emerging women- and black-owned business in Atlanta. The NBA partnership is the brand’s first and was just highlighted in the first episode of The game plan with Shaquille O’Neal as a streetwear brand to watch.

The clothing collaboration is part of Spurs’ celebration of Black History Month.

“Never Fit In” is the brand’s slogan. The brand aims to reinforce black culture. They are heavily inspired by music, art and believe that what makes us different is exactly what makes us special.

The limited edition Spurs collection includes an assortment of shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and joggers with intricately embroidered Spurs and Kultured Misfits logos. Each piece is custom dyed in a palette similar to the iconic Fiesta-inspired City Edition jerseys. All pieces are sold separately, allowing fans to mix and match outfits.

The collection is available to fans via the Spurs Fan Shop from Saturday February 19 at 10:30 a.m. until Thursday March 17 at 11:59 p.m.
