Why we love it: From August 15-21, the demi-fine jewelry brand’s products will be offered in the Net Loft building at 110-1666 Johnston St. The space will feature a selection of the line’s other jewelry designs, as well as a bar personalized earring. . The pop-up store will also offer a preview of the brand’s new collection of hair accessories, due to launch next month.

The ability to offer an in-person shopping experience is a dream come true for founder Elaine Kim Smith.

“Since 2008, we’ve been creating affordable, feminine jewelry and accessories that spark pleasure, and we look forward to bringing that experience to life in our very own retail space,” Smith said in a press release. “We look forward to meeting our community and introducing Granville Island residents and visitors to our everyday and second-hand jewelry, perfect for gifting or treating yourself.”

Lover’s Tempo will be joined in the space by a handful of other smaller Vancouver brands, including Wild Bunch Florals, skincare from Midnight Paloma, Homecoming Candles and home accessories from Emsay. The pop-up shop will be open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
