RAYMOND, Maine—ARK Multicasting has selected Dielectric as its primary antenna supplier, leveraging the company to build and store Powerlite series antennas for nearly 50 of its predominantly UHF stations affected by the FCC’s low-power reconditioning, announced Dielectric this week.

Dielectric is also supplying antennas for two refurbished VHF stations and 150 single TUA panels for non-refurbished UHF stations to ARK, the company said.

Successful scale-up with supplier EW Biotech enables Provivi to manufacture pheromones up to 20 metric tons per year

The agreement provides key raw materials for the Provivi FAW (fall armyworm) and Pherium (rice stem moth) product portfolio.

In 2020, Provivi stepped up its pheromone biosynthesis process in collaboration with EW Biotech to produce an essential component of Provivi FAW and Pherium pheromones. Commercial production has the capacity to protect the equivalent of 1.5 million hectares of corn against the deleterious effects of the fall armyworm, thus strengthening the manufacturing capacities of Provivi and EW Biotech.
