What you will do:

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and detail oriented individual Account director to join our rapidly growing brand partnerships team based in Los Angeles or San Francisco. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and motivated player with close client relationships and a solid institutional knowledge of client needs. You will work in partnership with Fortune 500 brands and help generate income for a dynamic startup in a hyper-growth phase. Candidates for this role will have a deep understanding of integrated custom content programs as well as a proven track record of working with relevant partners to achieve success. This person has built fundamental programs with his clients and has shown a knack for strong annual growth across all accounts.

  • Live and Breathe ATTN: Score and work cross-functionally between creative, account and production teams to deliver best-in-class work
  • Manage the deal lifecycle, from initial awareness and creative prospecting to negotiating and entering into large-scale, cross-platform brand partnerships.
  • Ability to “think on your feet” by developing an integrated strategic campaign on all native platforms
  • Ensure that solutions meet market demands and that revenue potential is maximized
  • Prioritize key accounts and build strong customer relationships with your excellent customer service
  • Ability to quarterback multiple detailed projects with ease
  • Strong knowledge of planning cycles, industry trends, top 360 campaigns and emerging social media tools
